Unveiling the Past

The lesson is based on the case study of Dana Horakova. Students become journalists and investigate whether Dana collaborated with the Czechoslovak Secret Police during the communist era. By studying the sources, students understand and interpret the story. Students will also learn to read effectively, critically analyse, and compare historical sources.
